Honeywood is located just to the south of the National Trust listed villages of Central Tilba and Tilba Tilba.
Other local attractions such as the striking Gulaga (Mt Dromedary) and Najanuga (Little Dromedary), the unspoiled beaches of Mystery Bay and the beautiful Corunna and Wallaga Lakes are all close by. Honeywood is only 12 minutes from the closest surf beach, Camel Rock. Bermagui and Narooma are each a 20 minutes drive away.
Honeywood is situated at the gateway to the Wilderness Coast. The unspoilt town of Bermagui is 20 minutes drive away. The Fishermans Wharf is a perfect destination for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Overlooking the small harbour, the experience and vibe is unsurpassed. Bermagui has a fabulous pub over looking horseshoe bay, an oyster bar, a wine bar, and a fabulous us homemade gelato shop.
From Bermagui, the seemingly endless unspoilt coastline extends to Tathra where Australia’s best oysters can be bought.
